Why Foster Architect 12' Cant Be Succes

I have thinking over and over, try to imagine, why cant Foster Architect 12' cant be like the others firm?

There are several main point:

1. Cant divide specific job to someone who expert.

2. The member are not trained well, and not try to explore and trained themselves.

3. Cant manage the time management into proper way.

4. Did not have any contact to expert person.

5. The way of lecturer that treat unfair.

6. Too much thinking how to reduce the work.

7. Did not have high commitment in work.

8. Cannot stay work all night long.

9. Always do last minute.

10. Always depend on mood to do works, and still hoping that the moods can bring the good idea, while it is give a lot of waste time.

11. Members have to give ideas to leader, not agreed with all leader's wills.

12. Too much thinking of perfections.

13. Hoping that someone can finish covered all their task, so they will take a fully rest.

14. A lot of hope, lack of commitment.

15. Disagree and fight back lecturer's thought.

i hope, this will not be a list to create a new legacy to my juniors. please, i made mistakes. this all i can do to give some advise to u.
